This week we're actually holding TWO estates in the one of a kind and most beautiful Paradise Valley - both within 3 blocks from each other and presenting the gorgeous panoramic views of Camelback Mountain. This multimillion dollar home will present many exquisite and lavish pieces of furniture, such as Pottery Barn "James" collection chair in great condition, as well as multiple sets, chairs, accent tables and custom built dining table by Drexel heritage. We'll have amazing condition smaller solid wood game table by Drexel Heritage, with matching custom selected chairs on rollers, American leather sectional sofa, custom built Drexel Heritage leather and fabric dining chairs, including two captains. Every chair cost at the time of purchase was between 1600 and 2600 dollars, and the price we're selling them for is an absolute bargain. The patio also presents a Zinc Oxide long table with iron base and hammered/studded detail along with matching Mango wood and iron frame patio chairs - eight of them to be exact. 

The greatest feature in this home is the art... We have two very large originals by Vadik Suljakov Uvarova, one measuring 49 inches by 60 inches, and the other one 36x48, without the mat. They have both been appraised at a current market value. There are few other contermporary art pieces in this home, although mostly prints. Another great feature of this sale though sits right in the middle of the breathtaking kitchen and is a gorgeous set of Villeroy & Boch Switch 3 porcelain - we have casserole pans, lasagna pans, plates of different sizes and designs - all within Switch 3 design, cereal bowl, ramekins, platters, sugar and cream dispenser, a colander, and even water glasses, and reversible placemats and napkins! This set is a must have!

One of the guest bedrooms has a luxurious like new mattress from Aireloom Hotel Collection in California King size. It is in store showroom - brand new condition - please come and just lay on it and check it out - it may be the one you get to take home, it is just that luxuriously comfortable! The other guest bedroom has a brand new Massage table with bag for sale as well - plus a great selection of clothing for both - men and women, mostly in medium size. We have brands such as Facconable, Tommy Bahama, Tomi Hilfiger, White & Black, Lucky Jeans, Chico's, ski outfit, camping shhoes and hand made rubber boots from REI, REI sleeping bags, and mats, tons of backpacks, such as Dakine, Camelbak, Outdoor products, etc. The blankets and linens are mostly from Nordstrom's, West Elm, Restoration Hardware and similar stores, as well. We will also be selling a Dirtbike full head helmet by kali, along with some knee/leg pads. 

Some of the Christmas Collectibles have been handpicked and collected over the years in this estate, and we'll have a colelctible Fitz and Floyd Santa cookie jar like new if not brand new still with box, a Lenox Santa, an artist handpainted set of ornaments, along some artist-signed statues of snowman and some Dept. 56 items. The Living room also has a selection of Pottery Barn items, such as recycled glass hurricane candle enormous holders above the mantle, contemporary art piece in the same spot, Apple computer, wireless mouse and keyboard, Samsung 32" TV, Sony camcorder, JBL brand new EON 10 G2 speakers still in box plus some JBL professionals speaker stands, NAD electronics (stereo and amp). We will also be selling some great decorations from Pottery Barn such as wood carved bowl with succulents, and small bowl with moss. Some of the light fixtures for sale also have nver been used, such as Restoration Hardware sconce lighting - 2 piece one, and three piece ones - still with original receipt - priced at a bargain, especially considering they are brand new and never used!

Many of the rugs for sale at this home have been handmade - and we have 8x10 and 9.5x12 handmade Oriental wool rugs for sale, along with a soft square purple rug in amazing condition, and entry type Safavieh contemporary rustic color 3x5 rug, among other rugs... All of the custom Iron (and very heavy) fireplace screens are for sale in this house! Along with all of the custom curtains and the rods they hang off... This home is about to be remodeled and the custom curtains are an art of its own...
