MILLER in and to all that fee simple lot of ground and improvements thereon situate in the City of Baltimore known as 3305 Denison Street, Unit C-1, Baltimore, MD 21216

 

 

And I hereby give notice that I will sell on the front steps of the Circuit Courthouse, 100 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore, MD 21202, on

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21, 2023 AT 11:00 AM

TERMS: A deposit of $3,000.00 in cash or certified funds at time and place of sale.  The judgment creditor, if a bidder, shall not be required to post a deposit.
