Auction Pick Up: THURSDAY JUNE 15, 2023 2PM to 7PM: ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 7 PM.  Please plan accordingly.

When bidding on furniture, please be prepared to remove & load your items.  We will do our best to assist you.

-The online auction closes via LIVE CATALOG starting 7pm, Lots will sell every 30 seconds unless a bid is placed during the final 30 seconds. If a bid is placed in the final 30 seconds, the time will be extended by 30 seconds.

Shipping Available.

Turn Key does not personally ship your items.  We will coordinate shipping with Premier Postal Plus (724-294-2444 YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL THEM). They are a 3rd party shipper. Turn Key MUST BE NOTIFIED ABOUT SHIPPING PRIOR TO THURSDAY 6/15/23, @ 7:00 PM, by email turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com.

After 7 PM on 6/15/23 all items not picked up or coordinated for shipping will be considered forfeited.

SHIPPING TIMELINE: Contact Turn Key by EMAIL (turnkeycleanouts@yahoo.com) BEFORE 6/15/23 @ 7 PM to request shipping.  Turn Key will then deliver your Items to the shipper within 24 hours of the pickup date (Thursday 6/15/23)

Once your items are processed by Premier Postal Plus, they will call you to pay for shipping.  Your items will then be shipped.  Please be patient.  Premier Postal processes 100’s of items to be shipped each week.  Turn Key cannot give shipping quotes.

***Premier Postal is NOT a PICK-UP location or a holding facility.  If you choose to have your items delivered for shipping, your items MUST be shipped by Premier Postal. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 charge.

How To REGISTER:

STEP 1: Go to turnkeyliquidators.hibid.com

STEP 2: Click on the “NEW BIDDER” button to register.

STEP 3:  You will be asked to enter your email & confirm your email.  Each email can only have one account.

STEP 4. Next, enter your personal info & create a user name & password.

STEP 5. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login to your new account.

BIDDING:

STEP 1. Once you have registered to bid, you will be asked to register for each individual auction.

STEP 2. At this time, you will be asked to register with a credit card to verify your identity.  You will not charge your credit card unless you fail to show up for the scheduled pick up.

STEP 3. Now you are ready to place a bid.  There are two ways to do this. (Very Similar to Bidding on Ebay)

1. You can bid to the next increment.  Bidding is set up with predetermined bid increments.  (As the price increases so do the bid increments)
2. You can place a MAX bid.  You can put in your max bid & the auction software will bid on your behalf.  (Other bidders cannot see your max bid.)  With this method you do not have to keep watching the auction.
