| Grandma's Estate Services is proud to have the opportunity to liquidate the estate of former NC State Chancellor Bruce Poulton. Mr Poulton was the Chancellor at NC State from 1982-1989. He was instrumental in the development of Centennial Campus and stayed with NC State until retiring about 5 years ago. This home off Penny Rd aside from having a spectacular view of Lake Wheeler has a wonderful selection of items for everyone! There are 2 garages and the house is full!
