Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Great One Day only Medfield Estate Sale on Friday June 23rd from 9am-2pm. You will find a gold jewelry, some silver & costume jewelry, a gorgeous large mirror with an original oil painting, furniture, wonderful dining room set, china cabinet, bar, bedroom furniture, Waterford, lamps, living room furniture, leather lounge chair, home décor, entertainment center, rugs, sitting chairs, bar stools, kitchen table & chairs, outdoor patio furniture, clothing, shoes, holiday items, glassware, knick-knacks, yard & garden supplies, tools, household goods & so much more.. Don’t miss out!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
