CASH is Preferred, and as a courtesy we accept all major credit and debit cards at a 3% charge to cover merchant fees since we are not a retail store to include those costs and can no longer absorb them. No Personal Checks. Utah State law requires that we collect Utah State Sales Tax for them at 7.25% and submit that to the State of Utah. Everything is sold AS-IS, No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties. The homeowners and VCS Estate Services are NOT responsible for any accidents, illness or any personal injury inside or outside the property. We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household for crowd control and All estates are under 24 Hour Video Surveillance, and if anyone is caught shoplifting or changing prices or stickers from our clients, we will contact the police. We reserve the right to ask anyone being disruptive or disrespectful to leave the premise. CUSTOMERS MUST BRING HELP MOVING HEAVY ITEMS DUE TO INSURANCE VCS ESTATE SERVICES STAFF CAN NOT ASSIST.
