You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Holy Guacamole!!! I honestly do not think I have ever seen so much stuff in a home...But wait, it is not just stuff, it is super fun vintage everything that needs to find good homes... There are literally thousands of items in this charming Eastside home off Irvine Avenue. Because the home is so full (and crowded) we will not be allowing purses or large coats or bulky clothing. We do this for the few people who have bad intentions not for the majority of you who do not. Thank you for understanding. Looks like a vintage shop antique mall with everything imaginable. Books, china, collectibles everywhere and in every nook and cranny imaginable. She collected EVERYTHING AND BOUGHT VINTAGE!!! Here are just a few of the categories you will enjoy perusing.....Kitchen, china, glass, stemware, vintage ceramics and china, crystal, copper, silver-plate, vintage linens, collectibles, and the unusual...she has been shopping with us for years....Clothing, purses, accessories, possibly some costume jewelry, loads of books, art, literally every category of everything imaginable. Did I at least get your interest? If so, then email me and I will do my best to accommodate you with an appointment to this wonderfully fun estate sale this week. For safety and security reasons, we have sold the sterling and the jewelry prior to the sale. Thank you. SO much to go through and fun stuff everywhere.... For now, at least this round, we will not be selling items outside or garden items..just what is in the house. |
