This is a cash and credit card only sale. Due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; all sales are final. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
We do not quote prices over the phone or via email. You will need to bring help to load large items. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk. Cait’s Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents or for anything that happens during or as a result of your attending any of our sales. Please note by entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras. We do not allow large handbags or large bags inside the home, and all food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering. If discount days apply to the second day, please call to make sure the item is still available. We do not retake pictures for the second day. |

We do not give our pricing before the sale begins but if you are interested in an item, please visit our Facebook page at Cait's Estate Sales & Emporium and comment on the picture and we will get back to you as soon as we can the day of the sale. You can also call our warehouse in Mokena at 708-995-7746. Sign up sheets will be posted on the front door no later than 7 am! (Sign up sheets are optional. We no longer accept any other sign up other than Cait's). If there is no line at 9:00 am, you can walk right in. If there is a line, we will call names off the sign up sheet first) |
