TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. The Orange County Sheriff has been notified of this sale and will be monitoring our event for additional security. |

This is part two continuing the Eastside Costa Mesa Collector's sale. We have hundreds of items including vintage glass, vintage barware, cups/saucers, Franciscan Desert Rose ( a lot of it) ceramics, copper (a lot of it,) new many with tags clothing (mostly Chicos,) art, seashells, guitars, vintage linens, kitchen, records, and so much more. We are interested in bulk buyers and will work with you to make sure you are able to buy a lot. Once in awhile we do these sales and encourage everyone to attend because there is always something for everyone....all categories and all price ranges. We plan on emptying more cupboards. The garden is still off limits until we come back next time. Many of you emailed me wanting to shop more, our client said "yes" so we will continue for a few more days. We will do our best to clear this house which means incredible prices for you. In other words, all must go. This doesn't mean any of the rules or protocols change (ie good behavior, parking correctly, polite attitude) just that prices will be softer in order to move more along. I think you get the point. Email me and let me know you want to attend. If you came before, still please let me know you want to return so I can stagger people and avoid congestion at the sale and on the street.
