You may need to park on an adjacent block and walk.. be mindful to follow street signage. DO NOT park in any Tenant ‘common areas’ such as drives or garage areas and be careful of parking zones! Don’t get a ticket or get towed! Our local Dallas County Sheriff’s Department will be on hand to assist us this weekend with parking instructions and any neighbor issues. Be FOREWARNED.. if simple driving laws have been disregarded you can be ticketed for those offenses! Do not block driveways, entrances to private streets, park facing the wrong direction or where it has been deemed a no parking zone! You can receive a ticket! Your cooperation in these matters is always appreciated!
