We’ve used Estatesales dot net, as one of our advertising platforms, for many years, since it was the most advertised online, and, the site most familiar to shoppers. Wellllll, dot net has recently sold to new owners, and the new owners have doubled the prices that estate sale companies pay, and they’re moving to a platform that’s more suited for, and targeting, auctions, and sadly, garage sales. So, a large number of estate sale companies, myself included, are dropping their memberships. We will now be a member of both Estatesaledotcom, and Estatesalesdotorg. (Put the actual . in, where I’ve spelled it out, so it doesn’t go to the page) They’re both great companies to deal with, and much better pricing for companies.

Dang, it’s STILL hot !!! This old girl is hoping for an early, and lengthy Fall season !!!
This week’s sale site brings back some sweet memories, for our longtime shoppers/customers. The sale house is a property just south of Diane and Ken Oswald’s house, where we had many, many sales.
The sale address is 22523 County Road 48, just north of the crocodile/alligator place. And remember, the new, pop-up Luby’s is pretty close, at the old Intermedics facility. Yum ! The sale will be Friday and Saturday, August 4th and 5th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.
If it’s dry, there should be great parking on the property. Please don’t block the road, or the driveway.
The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling names in around 8:45.
We DO collect sales tax.
We accept credit cards and cash.
No children allowed in the sale areas.
Leave your cranky pants at home, please.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules. You need to make arrangements to have your large or heavy items moved.
