This gentleman was an antique collector/dealer so there are tons of lovely vintage/antique items!
This is a great sale if you're a picker & you wanna dig. Please bring boxes and wrapping.
This is a duplex, both apartments are full. I will only be allowing a certain amount of people in because of how small the duplexes are, and how packed they are. Also, there is no space for holding, except on the small sidewalk.
Please have patience at this sale.
Anyone that has allergies to musky smells or dust, please bring a mask and gloves for yourself.
This house has to be cleared by the end of the weekend so I will be pricing by the pile. Please do not think that it will be garage sale prices, there will not. But prices will be RESELLER & COLLECTOR FRIENDLY PRICING
