I do not reveal prices prior to the sale.
I am happy to answer questions other than prices via email. Please no calls.
My policy is no presales of any type. All stock is available on a "first come, first served" basis. I do not allow holds, exchanges, returns or refunds. I do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales.
If the first in line the morning of the sale would like to start a sign-in sheet, that would be appreciated. This is not an auction. All stock is offered "as is" and "where is".
Sorry but I do not provide staff for heavy lifting and loading of furniture. You must bring your own brawn. You must be prepared to removed your purchases before the close of the sale.
Sales tax IS CHARGED and will be added to your total.
A copy of your resale permit is required if you are in the re-sale business.
I accept cash and credit cards over.
Due to current concerns for the security of the personal property I am representing, I am asking that you leave your purses and bags in the car. Boxes will be permitted. I will have paper to wrap and I do provide holding tables. We reserve the right to search boxes or bags upon entering and exiting.
