Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm each day.

A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one please bring it back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

Directions for our estate sale in Chicago this weekend:

From Damen Avenue & Foster Avenue in Chicago IL.

Take Damen Avenue south to W Winnemac Avenue.

Turn left (east) on Winnemac and after two blocks start looking for street parking the town home is on the southside of the street at 1811.

There is no parking in the Town Home Parking lot the parking. Everyone will have to park on the street. The Town Home parking spaces can only be used for pick-up of purchased goods from the estate sale.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways or sidewalks.
