The sale which is happening this week is a home absolutely packed with antique and high quality items. The owner of the house used to model in the 1960s and 1970s and there are multiple closets filled with amazing jackets, including suede leather jackets with fringe, 1980s windbreakers, crop vintage jackets and sweaters, collectible couture, fur jackets and coats, vintage clothing of all kind, tons of handbags and shoes, both for men and women, as well as tons of costume jewelry - a whole room in fact that is dedicated to costume jewelry!

The house has some incredible antiques to present and sell as well. The antique hutch in the office has actually been acquired by the owner's parents down in 1920's New Orleans and represents the Speakeasy character of the times. The oversized armoire in the living room dates to 1800s and has been treasured by the famiily for over 150 years, with its grand looks and handicraft. The living room also has a baby grand piano by Story & Clark in cream color that will be available for purchase here, many vintage Armani statues, vintage Capodimonte sculptures, vintage Famille Rose and Chinese sculptures, pots and vases. 

The dining room features an amazing collection of vintage pewter by Wilton Joy Mount and Arthur Court, as as Armatale pieces. This is also a room where you can check out the 150+ years old bone china set from Bavaria and antique absolutely gorgeous tom to bottom antique heavy and solid wood bowed dining hutch/buffet with brass handles and decorative detail, inlaid wood, original stained glass and marble top. 

The family room on the other side will have some great porcelain pieces by Blue Danube and Blue Nordic set by Meakin porcelain from England. We have a collection of vinyl records, Marilyn Monroe covered magazines, numeours animal oriented furniture pieces, such as Zebra pedestal/plant stand and glass end table with three wooden giraffe heads as the base. There is another vintage piece of furniture artistry here - this time more hacienda like, which is the folk tiled decorated wood hutch. The hutch will present a Royal Copenhagen porcelain set, and more English Meakin pieces, such as platters, plates, trays, etc. There is also Delft Blue piggy set of salt and pepper shakers in a container, tons of roosters, folk hand painted Jewish figures, traditional tableware items, Jewish candle holders, etc. The dining room and the kitchen also has many cow accents - cow creamers, plates, bowls, statues, shakers, and let's not forget about the enormous Cow statue overwatching the patio in the back! Cow in the backyard is an absolute must in this extremely fun and eclectic estate. The hanging heavy iron pot rack in the kitchen will be available for sale, as well as multiple quality pots and pans and copper colander too. 

The guest room will have a daybed for sale, and this is the room featuring hundreds of pieces of costume jewelry. We will also present a very vintage and unique brass wall clock for sale - by United, a rare wall clock that looks like a pocket watch, and even has a chain. The original oil on canvas paintings can be found here, as well as in every single room throughout the house. There are plenty of paintings, and almost all of them are original. 

The Maytag washer and dryer set, as well as multiple pots and pans that are brand new in boxes are for sale too! We'll have a great selection of vintage iron patio furniture and decor, artificial rock coverings for pipes and an enormous concrete wall water fountain. There are great items in the garage too, such as brand new Black and Decker toaster oven still in box, Sheffield flatware, 8-track cassettes, Remingtron chain saw, Black & Decker wedge trimmer, Craftsman Bench Grinder, Oceanside cruiser bike in blue, antique Singer sawing machine with table, Kenmore white side by side fridge and so much more!
