The sale will be Friday, September 1st, 9:00a.m.-2:p.m., both days. Then, SUNDAY, from 10:00a.m.-2:p.m.The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 Friday morning, and we'll start calling folks in around 8:45.
The sale address is 108 Hyacinth, in Lake Jackson. Hyacinth is off Willow Drive, and is a horseshoe street. Please park carefully, and be courteous, to other shoppers. Don’t block driveways, or the street, or those Lake Jackson officers will come visiting with their citation books. Leave your cranky pants somewhere else.
There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN SALE AREAS.
We DO collect sales tax.
Large or heavy items will be marked with a two-part tag. If you want to purchase the item, take the BOTTOM of the tag, so we consider it sold. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,(we wear company shirts, so we aren’t hard to spot), so we can make that item available again, for someone who DOES wish to buy it.
Estate Liquidators DOES NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules for your large purchases. You need to make arrangements to have your purchases moved.
