Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY. -You May Line Up: GARAGE – We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form. For the safety of our buyers, we do limit the number of buyers in the building. If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. -Please Park respectively. Please Park in parking lot behind the house, do not park on Chick Ln or Great Belt. -Absolutely NO HOLDS -We DO NOT disclose pricing prior to sale. -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your own SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS or Items being placed in the HOLDING AREA- |
