1. Your bid along with these terms creates a legal binding contract between you, Jones Auction Service, Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC. All items sell As Is, Where Is, No Exceptions and No guarantee or warranty.

2. Internet Premium / Credit card convenience fee is 5%.

3. Bidding will close on Thursday, September 21st at 9:00pm. The Credit Card used at the time of registration will be charged the following morning after the auction on Friday, September 22nd, 2023. Watch for an email from Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC to the email address used at the time of registration with your paid receipt and pick up instructions. Your invoice/receipt will include the total winning bid price plus the Internet Premium.

4. Online/Internet bidding only- Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of a claim against Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC; the seller; the internet bidding platform company; or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly or if the bidder does not use the Live Catalog option when the lots start to close, or for any computer interruptions.

Listing Information
The Art on Main banner program in downtown Watertown is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. This program provides an avenue for local artists to hand paint custom banners to hang on Main Street lamp posts from May-September. The banners are then sold at auction to raise funds for downtown projects. Banners may be previewed at Wepco Printing, 108 S. 6th St., Sept. 13-14, or Sept. 18-21 during the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Title sponsoring Art on Main this year is Maas Brothers Construction. Providing Gold Sponsorships are Chickens Unlimited and WE Energies. Silver Sponsors include Fort Community Credit Union, Edward Jones � Ron Counsell, Hafemeister Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Jones Auction Service, and the Watertown Arts Council.

The Art on Main banner program in downtown Watertown is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. This program provides an avenue for local artists to hand paint custom banners to hang on Main Street lamp posts from May-September. The banners are then sold at auction to raise funds for downtown projects.
