– All items will be priced for “cash & carry”.  This is not an auction.

-We accept Cash, Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC.

-Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

-You May Line Up:  We will have TWO POINTS OF ENTRY. 

ENTRY 1: GARAGE DOOR: Access to Items in Back & Side Yard, 2 Interior Garages, Basement. You will not have access to the first and second floors.

ENTRY 2: Side Porch with 2 Doors, Please Line up at LEFT DOOR.  You will enter the kitchen.  Access to the first and second floors.  You will not have access to the basement. 

– We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form.  For the safety of our buyers, we do limit the number of buyers in the building.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience.

-Please Park respectively. Parking in Side Yard.  DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY.

-Absolutely NO HOLDS

-We DO NOT disclose pricing prior to sale.

-Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your own SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS or Items being placed in the HOLDING AREA-
