You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Family lived in Asia for decades (mostly Japan.) Japanese china, decorative accessories, Imari, set of Imari china, small cabinets, obis, Kimonos, fabric, tons tons of books, so much women's and men's clothing (lots,) camera equipment, furniture, grandfather clock, antique soda machine, holiday decor, pool tables, glassware, barware, ceramics, many new items perfect for gift giving, some patio furniture. Garage tools, etc. Plus loads of everyday useful items...

Lido Isle Estate .......contents sold to a few select buyers....
We just brokered the contents of a Lido Isle home to three buyers..the deal was made in two hours for a price that made buyers and seller VERY happy! Timing was of the essence and the family let us know the only way it would work is if the deal was made and contents were out in three days...I had to think and plan quickly to make this a success for all!
Incredible paintings, antique rugs, Hollywood Regency, fine linens and about the finest men's clothing and accessories, we have ever handled.
