It will surely be a fun way to spend your Tuesday. As a child of the Great Depression, JoAnn grew up with out anything but the bare necessities. Beauty was a luxury that didn’t exist in her world! She discovered her artistic talent as a teen in a small town art class. Through out her life, she used this talent to bring beauty into her life. Her artistic eye saw her home as a canvas. An appreciation for beautiful, colorful glassware and the contrast of white milk glass against a colorful background fueled her many collections. Mirrors reflecting light were always an important part of her decorating. Her home was a reflection of the beauty she wanted to create for all to see! |
