Listing Terms and Conditions
1. Cash and carry, all merchandise "as is / where is" with no warrantees, guarantees, promises about age, condition, value, country of origin, appeal or opinions about how your significant other will view your dragging home of this rare treasure.
2. No deposits to hold things, all sales immediately final, put paid items in your car. Any item left unattended and presented to the sales clerk will be sold again (and you don't get a refund) until the item finally goes away.
3. No refunds without officially sealed, state issued certificate of your death within one day of purchase.
4. Well behaved children welcome, especially if they have their own money. Badly behaved children are not allowed on the property, lock them in your trunk while you shop the sale.
5. No pets allowed. You make think little Snowball is adorable, but we are not keen on your dog lifting his leg on the merchandise or defecating on the lawn. It's not cute.
6. Small bills, especially during the first couple of hours of the sale will be slavishly welcome. Do not bother to offer $50. bill the first hour in payment for a two dollar item, it's not happening.
7. We are unable to baby sit piles of items you wish to buy, so pay for your treasures, and lock them in your car.
8. If there is a line of eager buyers, and you have five items and I tell you it's $7. for the lot, NO, i WILL not sort them and tell you which ones are a buck and which ones are $2. You can wait until the line disappears, or pay for the lot (our prices really are low) or put the stuff back. I will not stand there wasting the time of a line of busy people wishing to pay, to discuss dollar items with you.
9. There is so much stuff at some of the sales that fresh items will be put out on the second day because ti is physically impossible to get all the things out the first day, certainly that is true at 143 Boulevard.
10 Full terms of sale posted day of sale. Not responsible for accidents. Enter at your own risk. By entering you agree to hold harmless for any accidents the property owner, sales staff, other guests. If you still have the temerity to sue for some accident you have incurred, you agree, by entering the sale, to pay for our entire legal expenses to defend against you. If you don't agree, you do not enter.
11. If your companion is impatient, hates old stuff, doesn't want you to buy, kindly drop him / her off at the Wexford Inn at edge of Lincoln Park to enjoy some adult beverages while you shop in peace.

Greg Neilsen's a specialist in ferreting out and restoring wonderul antique wood furniture, you never know what he's offering|! Greg's furniture is ready to place in your house, no tedious refinishing necessary, it's beautiful old stuff. Mrs. Neilsen has told me confidentially that when Greg's back is turned she will be dragging out a lot of interesting things from the house and putting prices on them. Come and buy quick before Greg tries to carry  those treasures back into the house!

Also selling lots of motorcycle accessories, truck accessories, new work gloves, supplies, and much,, much more. Come from 8 AM onward and bring a big vehicle to accommodate all the treasures.
