Additional Equipment is an outside condenser unit-installed on roof, date E-2016. Serial # Y16EAY0038, condition is operable, outside condenser unit, installed on roof, date E-2016. Unit is in operation as of 10/20/23. It is scheduled to be uninstalled by early November 2023. This unit is being replaced by a new chilled water unit.
