Please note the following terms and conditions for the auction:
§ A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the purchase price.
§ ALL items are sold "as is" and without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied.
§ The auction firm and auctioneer do not make any warranties or guarantees.
§ The purchaser is responsible for the items as soon as they are sold.
§ Winning bidders must remove all items won from premises by Feb 24, 24.
§ Purchasers may contact seller directly to arrange for pickup of items won if not taken day of auction.
§ The auctioneer's announcements take precedence over any previous announcements or advertisements.
§ Full payment must be made on the day of the sale.
§ Acceptable forms of payment include cash, local checks with picture IDs, and credit/debit cards with an additional process fee of 3%.
§ Buyers paying with cash for a vehicle can pick up their vehicle, keys and title from seller upon presentation of paid invoice.
§ Buyers paying with card or check for a vehicle can pick up their vehicle, keys and title upon verification their card or check payment has cleared through their financial institute usually within 10 business days.
§ The buyer guarantees that they will not stop payment on any checks or credit/debit cards used for purchases.
Consigners and auction staff may bid with the intention of buying.
