Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Jam-Packed Paxton Estate Sale on Saturday Dec 2nd from 9am -2pm. To start off you will find a one-of-a-kind Custom-built full-size Camel by famous amusement park designer Dominic Spadola as well as an original Carousel horse! You will also find antiques, rustic wood table & chairs set, Salvadore Dali lithographs, vintage toys, pokemon toys, hundreds upon hundreds of brand-new handbags & purses, hordes of costume jewelry, statues, sculptures, books, old bibles, clothing, gold plated flatware, china cabinets, glassware, china, collectibles, household, knick-knacks, home décor & more!!! THIS IS A MUST NOT MISS EVENT! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! STAY TUNED FOR TONS MORE PHOTOS BY MONDAY NIGHT!!! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
