This gorgeous, meticulously kept house with stunning views, which is easy to get to off I-287, has been home to a true nuclear family: mom, dad, son and daughter, who have happily moved on and don't need all the things they are leaving behind in Riverdale. This is wonderful news for you, because everything here is of excellent quality and in such good condition because they often outgrew the need for it before getting to use it. This house is PACKED with new-with-tags items!

Before we get to things for the house, let's talk about things for people!

The girl has an appreciation for feminine styles and colors, and she leaves behind a closet full of clothes, shoes and handbags in a range of sizes, in excellent, sometimes new condition. A quick search of the house turned up quite a few arts and crafts items for girls.

The boy has an appreciation for things with engines, dinosaurs, Lego and the like. For one so young, he took surprisingly good care of his toys. He leaves behind a quality boy's wardrobe that ranges back to infant sizes.

Mom has left us a walk-in closet packed with all-season brand-name clothing ranging from heavy coats to formal gowns in small/medium sizes, as well as footwear, handbags, and accessories. There's TONS of affordable costume jewelry!

Dad has also left us a packed walk-in closet containing clothes ranging from suits to T-shirts in medium-to-large sizes. There is a modest but good quality collection of gentlemen's accessories, scents and watches.

When it comes to household furnishings, this couple has excellent taste, and they appreciate excellent quality. 

The beautiful foyer is where we will likely be staging jewelry and accessories.

The dining room set is weighty and formal, featuring a capacious table with eight comfortable chairs, all sporting manmy rich details. The china cabinet is also beautifully detailed in the best of taste. There is a slender corner curio cabinet. In this room, we have collections of Lenox, Armani and Swarovski figurines.

The kitchen contains a number of beautiful modern sets of dishes, glassware, cookware and more. There is a beautiful casual dining table for six.

Outdoors, you will find a wrought steel dining set for eight, two children's picnic sets, a full-size trampoline, a smoker and more. The shed is packed with a portable hot tub, two battery operated children's vehicles, and the usual gardening and property maintenance paraphernalia.

Returning indoors, we find the great room with a large leather sectional, upholstered ottoman/coffee table, modular wall unit, decor items, and  a neat pile of small household items which we will examine in more detail closer to the sale date.

Next is an adorable playroom, with child-sized storage furniture packed with small toys and crafts for boys and girls.

Finally on this floor, there's an intimate sitting room with a sumptuous sofa and loveseat set, a cozy side chair, coffee and end tables and rug, and gorgeous vintage Moroccan style lamps.

Throughout, you will find artwork, wall hangings and decor items in a range of price points.

Upstairs, you'll find the parents' closets (the master bedroom furniture remains with the house); a fully furnished guest room; and the boy's and girl's bedrooms, in which the furniture and accoutrements have been maintained in like-new condition. 

In the basement, you'll find artwork and decor to establish a very convincing Roman villa theme, including a working fountain, all available for sale. Just in time for Christmas, you'll find the contents of a huge storeroom packed with several generations of holiday decorations; several sets of like-new luggage; a number of unopened toys; and more housewares. There's barware and bar machines such as a pizza oven and a cappucino machine. There's a children's bistro set and an adult bistro set. Finally, there's an exercise room with a home-built wood frame for barbells over a weight bench, a treadmill, a regular bike in a stand, assorted small equipment, and many hand weights.
