We are just brokers between you and the seller; therefore Saving Grace ultimately has no control over inventory. We do everything in our power to inform our clients that items pictured and removed by them or family/friend/neighbor is bad business practice. ( We all have family and everyone knows that 3rd cousin Larry was promised the China Hutch back in 1982 , even tho Cousin Larry has gone to the other side many moons ago, he will still somehow manage to remove the item before the sale, it happens often, I've seen it with my own two eyes) Employee presale is not allowed as well. |
