You will pay the bid price, 12% buyer's premium and sales tax if applicable.
No Washington State sales tax on U.S. Coins, gold, and silver bullion. This may not apply to all states if items are shipped. Due to B&O tax on commissions for coin sales, the buyer's premium for this auction is 12%.

 All items came from a single estate. We are selling them as they were originally purchased with no additional grading, they are presented as found.

Chipped Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Card must belong to the bidder, bring photo ID. No gift cards.
Cash* is accepted. Please bring close to the amount due. 
*Any cash transfer over $10,000 requires IRS form 8300, your taxpayer ID/SSN will be required.

Shipped Items Payment Terms
Bidders having items shipped**, payment must be initiated by Tues, January 9^th.
Wire transfer for purchases over $1000.
or Cashier’s check drawn from buyer’s U.S. bank.
Call and confirm with us before sending funds.

**Shipped Items: Shipping may be provided by Pack and Mail Plus.
 Contact them directly for their fees for pick up, packing and shipping.
It is the bidder's responsibility to secure their own shipping. Items will not be released until funds have been secured, this may mean up to a 14-day hold.

NOTES

·         Items have not been tested but are believed to be true to description. 

·         Min Bid is the NEXT bid required to place a bid over and above the Current Bid.

·         You can leave a "Max-Bid" over and above the Min Bid and the platform will bid in proxy for you up to your high bid.

·         If you bid and see "winning," wait for about 30 seconds to make sure there is not a max-bid in the queue, if so, it will flash "losing" if your bid was not higher. Max bids take precedence since they were placed at an earlier time.

·         Bidding will extend for two minutes when a bid is placed within two minutes of closing.

·         High bidders will be emailed their invoice after the auction has ended. Please make sure your email is correct and your spam filters on your ISP are not too high. If you do not receive your invoice, please check your personal spam/junk mailbox or sign onto Apro and view your invoice, typically available shortly after close of the auction.

·         DO NOT BID if you think you cannot pay or pick up your items. Payment is due even if you are high bidder on a single item. Non-payment or not picking up will result in being suspended from bidding.

·         The buyer agrees that disputes may not be resolved by a credit card chargeback and buyer will not file a chargeback claim against Stokes Auction and/or its credit card merchant.
