Listing Information
We have been contracted to sell the estate of Sylvia Alberson, a lady whose ambition was to collect every Christmas figurine and lighted Christmas house she had room for. The majority of the lighted Christmas houses were displayed in a special room in her home, and we found the boxes in the attic. All have lights and parts in the boxes, while many are still in the original boxes. This auction also includes a beautiful gemstone globe with a compass in the stand. This is the first of many auctions for her estate. Future auctions will include thimbles, Avon items (Mrs. Alberson was an Avon representative), golf related items, collector die cast cars, display cases, tools, etc. We are estimating that there will be about 12 online auctions to complete the liquidation. All sales are "AS IS" and if not picked up by the buyers, shipping will be through UPS. As this is a busy time of year for shipping, deliveries could be slow.
