Group Closing: If you are bidding on an item that is part of a Group Close the item will not close until the all bidding is concluded for all the items in the group close.

A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the final sales price.

FULL PAYMENT AT PICK UP BY CASH, CHECK, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Local pick up only on Saturday, December 30th 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.

PICK UP TIME will be: Saturday, December 30th 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at 618 Sycamore St, Waterloo, IA 50703. Winning Bidders must be able to pack & load their items. Bring your own packing material & boxes. Auction staff will not be available to assist.
