Terms of Event~ Space is very limited at this downsizing event, and there are many breakables. Please leave large bags, backpacks, etc, at home. We love.children, but this is not a good place for kids. Everything is breakable. Parking available on the street. Driveway is reserved for loading. Please bring with you any help you will need to load your purchases. Cash and credit cards only will be accepted. 3% will be added to credit card purchases. Bring cash to avoid fee. No checks will be accepted. Doors will open promptly at 8am on Saturday. The event will be held in front room of house only. Space is limited and shoppers will be let in, in groups. Please sign in on Happy JAX sign in sheet. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. ****There is NO Restroom available at this event All items must be picked up prior to the close of the event. Happy JAX is entrusted with the contents of our clients homes. We take this respomsibility seriously. Any shoplifters, tag switchers, or flim flammers will be asked to leave in shiny bracelets, provided by law enforcement. Sign up sheet will go out 1 hour prior to opening time.
