The gentleman of this split-level home was a lifelong bachelor in his 90s. A licensed pilot who flew most of his life, he was also an aficionado of radio controlled planes. He also had a number of other interests, and has left many excellent collections for you to enjoy.

Of course the house is full of vintage furniture including dining room set, kitchenette, 1980s floral sofa, coffee and end tables, various desks, hutches, benches, beds and small storage furniture. The house is decorated with antiques leaning toward a country flavor.

Collections include: 

- A couple of dozen radio-controlled airplanes, as well as parts.

- Various collectibles related to airplanes.

- High quality tools, including a good amount of Snap-On items.

- Musical instruments.
