Antiques, Collectibles & Household:  Michael Graves Items (New); Vintage Textiles; Vintage Men's Clothing; Mid Century Dishes; Some Kitchen Ware; Pictures/Signs; Vintage Purse; This is only a brief description of  items...There will be alot of similar items like what were in the 1/20/24 Auction at the Storage Facility & the 2/8/24 Auction at Aces, as we took pictures of stuff before we boxed up; however, there were tons of boxes which were already boxed up & they will not be unboxed until we set-up this Auction, Lots More here than listed!!!

 Auctioneer’s Note:  This Auction had to be moved due to the location and tough parking situation This house is packed from floor to ceiling, so this is one of several Auctions, we will have here at Aces for this Estate (If something is not at this Auction, please come to the next one as it will probably be there). I was able to take some Pictures of a few things before we boxed them up; however, I have Tons of Boxes which we moved without unpacking them, so there will be a lot more Pictures to be Posted as we Process & Unbox. Terms:  CASH or CHECKS (with Proper ID’s, as described below), ONLY!  Checks will only be accepted at the discretion of Auction Staff, please note there will be a Minimum $50.00 Fee for all Bounced Checks.  In-State Checks accepted only w/Your Driver’s License & an Add’l ID (Credit Card, Another Picture ID, Etc). Out-of-State Checks only accepted with your Bank’s Letter of Guarantee & 2 ID’s same stipulations as listed above.   All items must be Paid in Full and removed day of sale. OHIO STATE SALES TAX will be CHARGED unless you Bring your VENDORS LICENSE.
