This week's sale is a nice one, lots in the house and garage. It will be at 108 Persimmon, in Lake Jackson. Friday and Saturday, October 23-24, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Remember, we're only allowed to put signs on the property, BUT, this is a property that backs up almost to Oyster Creek Drive, so we'll also have large signs that'll be visible from there. Persimmon is a short street that begins off Willow Drive, and Forest Drive at the other end. Please do NOT block driveways, and do NOT park up on curbs or in yards. That can be good for a citation. And please, park going the direction of travel. Don't block the street, either. Estate Liquidators does not provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules for your purchases. Please make arrangements to have your items toted away. Children MUST stay with a parent or handler at all times. The sign-up sheet will be put out around 8:00a.m., on Friday. We'll begin calling in the names around 8:45. Large items will be sporting two part tags. If you want a large/bulky item, please take only the BOTTOM part,(OK, I typed that verrrry slowly, so it would be understood.....), of the tag, until you'r ready to pay at checkout. If you change your mind about the purchase, please find an EL worker, they'll be happy to put it back on the item.
