Listing Information

This fun-loving family is downsizing and moving out of state, so they're leaving behind a lot of great stuff for you to enjoy.

As far as furniture goes, the star of the show is a beautiful caramel leather living room set with sofa, loveseat and recliner. There are many smaller pieces including five bar stools, an Emperor "Tempus Fugit" grandfather clock, a Singer sewing machine table, a beautiful fancy daybed, a sky-blue armchair, several glass-topped occasional tables with ornate brass legs, a Mission-style twin bed frame, and a tall table handmade by the gentleman of the house, a master craftsman. There is also a complete set of rustic wood outdoor furniture, a wrought-iron firewood holder, and even a wrought iron towel rack for use beside a hot tub. There will be more, but the family is still in the decision-making process.

The gentleman of the house is a talented woodworker, and he has the tools and equipment necessary to make beautiful things. He is selling a Bridgewood Dust Collection System, DeWalt 7749 radial arm saw, Rockwell Model 10 band saw, North Star power washer, Bosch 1811 plunge router, belt sander, Craftsman 92570 dovetail joint fixture, Craftsman reciprocating saw, Black & Decker hand jigsaw, ITW Paslode IM-325 nail gun, Weller Mini-Shop rotary tool, Black & Decker drill bit sharpener, Delta 2-speed 16-inch scroll saw, Toolkraft 17" drill press router-shaper and an assortment of small hand tools, fasteners and chemicals.

Fun stuff includes lots of Harley-Davidson clothing, equipment and decor (plus a hydraulic motorcycle lift), several sets of high-end ski gear (plus his and hers snowshoes), a karaoke machine, a Sharp Aquos big-screen TV, three bicycles and the racks on which to transport them, and much more.

Myott Meakin blue floral stoneware set imported from England, Deluxe "Roberta" fine china from Japan, lots of glassware, and many antique glass and pottery items passed down from the lady's mother will be offered for sale.

Fitness equipment including a suspended heavy bag with gloves, two benches, a couple of dozen dumbbells, kettlebells, steps, exercise balls, a Bosu, and a Pilates Aero Premier reformer with cardio rebounder and two DVDs, new in its unopened box.

There is a wealth of good artwork, many signed and numbered prints by the likes of Lena Liu and Susan Sahall, plus collectible plates. Every jewelry display case I have will be filled with good costume jewelry, some of it over 70 years old. There is plenty of men's and women's clothing, including everything from motorcycle riding gear to formal wear.

The homeowner is currently deciding which of her designer handbags to keep and which to sell. Books, small decorative items, Christmas decorations, etc.

As the homeowners continue to sort and pack, I will continue to add more details and more pictures.
