Made of solid wood, a light oak, I believe, and has wood corner brackets, legs are secure. Table sits level, no wobbling. No maker listed, seller purchased from a well respected, local furniture store, 20-25 yrs ago Condition: Good Size: 57" x 16" x 28" 2. Vintage solid brass, table-top vanity mirror. It's double-sided, has a swivel tilt, with a triangular, paw-foot base. Both sides of the glass are in very good condition, no chips, cracks, or ghosting. The brass is in beautiful condition as well and quite heavy Condition: Very Good Size: 26" tall x 19" wide, Base has a 9" triangular radius, with 3 paw-feet. 3. Framed print. Matte, glass, frame, print and paper backing are all in very nice condition. Hardware is secure to both sides, built to last and was proudly made in the USA. The frame is rather heavy. And I noted that it's weight was distributed on two, hook-style picture hangers. Condition: Very Good Size: 32" W x 36" L 4. Ornate framed mirror. Solid oak frame, with a wheat design, in a dark oak finish. Label on back is from Obsessions Limited Inc. Dublin, Ohio. The mirror has no chips, cracks, or ghosting. The frame is a solid hardwood and is in perfect condition. The backing is a firm, hardwood material and the hardware is firmly secured to each side. Note that it's quite heavy Condition: Excellent Size: 29" W x 41" L 5. 84" sofa made by Pem-Kay Furniture Company Inc. of Conover, NC. Tufted back, cream color, firm seat cushions. Upholstery is in fabulous condition, including both sides of all cushions, both armrests and the armrest covers as well. The fabric under the cushions has no tears and no apparent stains. The upholstery fabric beneath the sofa is in excellent condition and is a heavyweight fabric liner. The skirting and backside are in great condition. Slight wear to the corner edges between the armrests and bottom skirting of all corners and no tears. It's not obvious, neither up close, at a distance, nor in photos.Otherwise in showroom condition, it's gorgeous! Condition: Very Good Size: 84" x 40" x 40" 6. Pair of tempered glass-top, nesting tables. Metal frame end tables have a chrome finish, trimmed with solid brass. Includes a large and small matching pair. Need polished, but they're in nice condition Condition: Very Good Size: Large 17" x 25" x 22", Small 17" x 20" x 20" 7. Pineapple sculpture in very good condition. It's painted in antique gold and the base is black. It's a heavy plaster, weight approx 15 pounds. We believe the material is plaster, though has no markings/maker. The felt base to it's bottom is securely intact. It's a very nice work of art and I've learned that a pineapple represents hospitality. Condition: Very Good Size: 16" tall, 5" base 8. Finished brass candlesticks, each with 4 paw-feet, 6-inch drip trays and holds taper candles. They're beautiful, in great condition and have no lime scale deposits. No maker listed. Condition: Very Good Size: 30" total with new taper candles Candle holders are 18" tall Drip trays have 6" diameter Paw Feet bases are 6" square 9. Table lamp, 3-dimensional fruit design, in immaculate condition. Made of ceramic, lamp is free of crazing, chips and cracks. The cord and plug are in good condition. Even the shade is free of cracks, crimps, but does need some finishing tape atop the shade. See photo, it's had a make-do repair, with white tape. Lamp is otherwise in beautiful condition. Condition: Lamp - excellent Shade - good Size: 28" x 10" 10. Gorgeous dining table, cherry finish, Queen Anne legs, intricate wrap-around design, beneath a glass top with beveled edges. Showroom condition - excepting minor mar to bottom edge of legs, see photo. Solid wood, which seems to be cherry, otherwise has no scuffs, mars or scratches and glass-top has no chips, scratches or cracks that I could see. Use the magnifier in your PC, for detail inspection. I love the inlaid design beneath the glass-top and it could seat a party of 10! Condition: Excellent Size: Glass-top 72" x 42" Frame 55" x 27" x 28" Glass is very heavy 11. Hurricane lamp with taper candle. Candle holder is solid brass, is non-tarnished and recently polished. Globe has been recently cleaned as well and has no cracks or ghosting. It does have a tiny chip at the bottom edge, concealed beneath the well that holds it in place. It's in otherwise, perfect condition. It's not a new item, it's just been well taken care of. Measurement is approx - I omitted it from list so, this one is a memory notation. Condition: Excellent Size: Approx 17" x 8" diameter. 12. Pair of wall sconces. Finish in a blended,dark green. They seem to be a heavy, plaster of paris weight. Finials are a lightweight metal and anchored to the wall, so further assessment is N/A. Photos and further description coming soon. Condition: Excellent Size: 19" x 5" 13. Solid brass wall sconce, with a double, taper candle holder. Tassel design, a bright shine and no tarnishing. It's not new, but it's in new condition.It's heavy and please note that it's hung with 2 anchors for stability. Condition: Excellent: Size: 25" x 9"
