This will be Auction #3 for this Estate, which has to be moved from a Home in the Oregon District to Aces, due to Location/Space & Parking Issues! 

Special Note:  Due to the sheer volume of mechandise. Not all of the Furniture Pictured initially was able to be picked-up & put into this Auction; therefore, please look at the overview pictures posted toward the end of the gallery of the Furniture that did make it to Hall for this Auction.  If you see something that is not here it will be at one of the next Auctions for this Estate (we will be adding another Auction in March). Miami St. (SR 48). Take Exit 29 off I-70, Englewood, go North through Union just past the Water Wheel Farm (on Right) or County Line West Rd.  Auctioneer’s Note:  This Auction had to be moved due to the location and tough parking situation This house is packed from floor to ceiling, so this is one of several Auctions, we will have here at Aces for this Estate (If something is not at this Auction, please come to the next one as it will probably be there). I was able to take some Pictures of a few things before we boxed them up; however, I have Tons of Boxes which we moved without unpacking them, so there will be a lot more Pictures to be Posted as we Process & Unbox. Please check back on my Website, Auction Zip or Goto Auctions & Let the Pictures do the Talking!  Wear Masks at your own discretion.  Will have 2 Auction Rings!      Refreshments!

Terms:  CASH or CHECKS (with Proper ID’s, as described below), ONLY!  Checks will only be accepted at the discretion of Auction Staff, please note there will be a Minimum $50.00 Fee for all Bounced Checks.  In-State Checks accepted only w/Your Driver’s License & an Add’l ID (Credit Card, Another Picture ID, Etc). Out-of-State Checks only accepted with your Bank’s Letter of Guarantee & 2 ID’s same stipulations as listed above.   All items must be Paid in Full and removed day of sale. OHIO STATE SALES TAX will be CHARGED unless you Bring your VENDORS LICENSE.
