SHIPPING/PICK UP Scheduled Pickup day or by appointment with the Seller(s) not the auction company. Buyers will be responsible for removal of their own purchases. All items MUST be removed or they may be subject to storage fees of $5 per item per day, up to item value, at which point item is forfeit without refund. . Local Pickup ONLY. Copy of PAID receipt is required to pick up items. NO items to be removed until full settlement is made. Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large machines. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal. Firearm Purchases: Michigan residents' only, local pickup only. Purchaser must provide proper ID and fill out proper paperwork in order to pick up their firearm on the aforementioned pick up date. Firearms are sold as is, where is, with all faults and no guarantee of functionality. We recommend that purchasers have firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.

All Persons bidding on the firearms must be legally eligible to accept and own such firearm(s). These firearms are subject to Special Terms and Conditions of Sale in addition to those that apply to the rest of the Auction.
� The person who is registered to bid for the auction and is the winning bidder must be the same person to pick up the firearm from The FFL Dealer � NO EXEPTIONS!
� The firearms will be available for viewing by appointment through FFL
� You will have 2 options upon becoming the winning bidder:

o The FFL Dealer will follow proper transfer protocol and turn the firearms over to you once it is a confirmed legitimate purchase.



o Option #2 Contact the FFL Dealer at the number listed above with the shipping destination of the FFL Dealer of your choice within the contiguous US. They will be packaged and shipped once he has confirmation that the Firearms have been Paid in Full and he has received from you a handling fee of $55 per Firearm.

� Additional insurance above the shipping company standard will be an additional cost to the purchaser.

� Any insurance/shipping claims will be between you (the purchaser) and the shipping company. The Seller and Auction Company will be held harmless.

� Fees from the receiving FFL Dealer are strictly between you the Purchaser and Said Dealer.

� Any attempted fraudulent purchase by a bidder will result in loss of all money tendered without reimbursement of any kind with the firearm(s) remaining in the seller�s possession.
