1. No bags larger than a frisbee. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS... WE WILL ASK YOU TO PLACE YOUR PURSE IN YOUR CAR.
2. No children- sorry folks, but the homeowner has the right to request such and has done so on this sale. Thank you for your understanding!
3. We do our research and believe we offer a pretty fair price for the items... as such, we do not negotiate pricing on the first day. That being said, we discount quickly throughout the three days with the intention of selling everything that is for sale!!
4. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and request that everyone be nice to one another. If there is a problem please ask someone from our team to assist you if we can. We try to be as fair as we possibly can be.

He meets her...  they fall in love...  she says yes...  and they decide to celebrate their love and new life together in Panama City Beach Florida!  This estate has nice, high-end home and entertainment electronics, bedroom sets, jewelry (sterling and costume), garage, outdoor furniture, frontload washer and dryer, refrigerators, freezer, christmas...  The clients are pretty much leaving everything behind because she is looking forward to decorating her new home!

Household Items- Refrigerator,  Kenmore Washer & Dryer (front load and totally awesome),  3 different flatscreen televisions, Bose speaker system, Ipad, Iphone, Tables, Chairs (OMG, pretty pretty), Midcentury and Antique Shabby Chic furniture (see the Christmas room video for the boutique buffet with beveled mirror back as well as the Shabby Chic Armoire in the entry), full kitchen with professional grade cooking pots and utensils, full office, pressure washer  (as is, needs carburetor cleaned and new plugs), Bedroom sets, nearly brand new kegerator with keg (Yeah, baby), wine cooler, wine racks, décor  and more!

Truck- 2001 Ford F 150, 8 Cylinder, 5.4 L-  Owner wants $3,000 for it.  Backlight is out so I cannot read odometer but the client indicated it had between 165 and 185k miles on it.  The owner’s son backed out of the garage and hit the middle column, leaving a dent in the side of the truck.  There is also a leak coming from the back window.   Can test drive between 6 and 7 pm on days of the sale.

I look forward to some early morning yoga next to the lush waterfall!
