WHAT IS A FLASH SALE? It is a 6-hour sale with only a few items priced...all other items are negotiated at the sale. Items will be daylighted and minimally organized - but unlike a typical Caring Transitions Estate Sale, items will not be staged. Flash sales are typically held from 9am to 3pm. Additional photos will be shared a couple days before the FLASH sale. Parking available to the right of the home. Go down to bottom of hill to park.
