You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Long Time Irvine Terrace Resident with a packed home and a view of Newport Harbor, the Pacific and Catalina Island. Enjoy the view while you shop. Pictures in a few weeks when we begin preparing. Carved furniture, gold gilt, art, stemware, china, mens size M clothing, large array of garden accessories, pots, plants and furniture. By appointment and please email me the week of the sale not before. For now we are planning the sale for Fri Sat Sun but this may change as we get closer to the sale dates.
