You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. If you are interested and would like to be on the wait list, please email me at fred@fredrickstegmann.com**** On very short notice we were hired to handle this terrific collection of Mid Century furniture, art, and objects....All must be sold and will be sold in one day, two days maximum. We have a terrific collection of art, oil on board, water colors, mixed media, collages, sculpture, Marc Chagall, Salvador Dali, many signed lithographs from the 60's-70's. Beautiful tulip table and 8 chairs, Sets of Swedish and Danish Modern chairs and side tables of teak and rosewood. A beautiful credenza designed by Paul Laszlo for Brown Saltman. We also have 1960's teak floor lamps, a Holmes and Edwards silver plate Deco flatware set in a fitted box. Kitchen filled with vintage including vintage pyrex, danish enamelware, cast aluminum serving pieces, Dansk, colored glassware, vases, and more...We also have a baby grand piano I promised I would do my best to sell!
