We had a nice sale today (Friday) but we hardly made a dent in the hundreds of the really nice items. Many buyers said they were overwhelmed by so many treasures and want to come back again. We expect Saturday will also move a lot of items but, then again, it too will only make another small dent in all of the treasures that are there.

We will discount Saturday but will also extend the sale through Sunday where we will not refuse any reasonable offer.  

Numbers will not be passed out and the staff will not be there until 8:15 AM or so and open the doors when we are set up- only of few minutes.

The house is rather small when you consider how many treasures are in it. So many that we can only have about 20 buyers in at any one time. We will have two cashiers, one for cash only as it moves things so much faster, and one for credit/debit cards and checks. I suggest you use cash (with change) to make everything move faster. However, we always take checks and credit/debit cards. it just takes a little bit longer. Please be patient.

Entry, exit, and check-out will have to be through the garage along with the Holdin Area due to the narrow front door.

Many of the smaller items will not be priced if they are under $5.00. We would be there until next year if we tried to price all items. Sales associates and cashiers will price them on the fly.

Please note we will have cones placed on the sales house side of the street. Please, park on the other side to prevent traffic jams.

Numbers on the first day will be passed out around 7:00 A.M. and entry will be limited to 20 or so people at a time.
