Pink Dog Estate Sales, LLC invites you to 92 James St. in Morristown, where a downsizing family has left behind a large portion of their possessions for you to claim at excellent low prices. The star of this show is definitely the artwork, which includes two Thomas Kinkade limited edition prints, signed front and back by the artist. In the yard you will find a beautiful playground set with swings, slide, playhouse, shaded deck and see-saw, as well as a huge cache of polished black granite slabs. The intact slabs are 23x52 inches, and there are many remnants as well. Inside the house, the living room contains a leather sofa bed, a second leather sofa, an ultrasuede loveseat and a second loveseat, as well as a funky modern glass-topped coffee table, a 9x12 floral area rug and a TV stand, plus lots of art. We also have a case of good costume jewelry. The dining room table with eight chairs and two additional leaves is for sale. Two sets of dinnerware, a variety of other kitchen items and a refrigerator are available in the kitchen. One bedroom features an armoire, a stackable pine cabinet and a 5x5 cubbyhole storage unit, as well as many books, a collection of Barbies, and a student guitar. A second bedroom features a collection of vintage Playboy, Penthouse and Oui magazines, with some Life and Cue magazines as well. Please do not bring children into this room. A third bedroom features a king-sized mattress, box spring and frame, a full-size headboard, a 5x5 cubbyhole storage unit with attached desk, and a TV stand. The rec room contains a great deal of art, a huge L-shaped sectional sofa, a Story & Clark piano, several wine racks and cabinets, and a pair of tall bookshelves. The basement holds an antique tiger oak roll-top desk, a pair of end tables, a pair of nightstands, a chest with lift-out tray, a cherry dresser with mirror, a coffee table, several boxes of books, several boxes of games and toys, clothing, and a collection of vintage video game hardware and software including two Alienware gaming computers, a Super Nintendo Entertainment System and a Sega GameGear. The garage holds a NordicTrack AudioRider R400 recumbent exercise bike, a refrigerator, the cherry dresser, mirror and nightstand that go with the headboard in the other bedroom, several boxes of Christmas decorations, books, kitchen items, and items that would be useful to the remodeler including a matched pair of chandeliers, two ceiling fans, a marble-topped bathroom sink, a porcelain kitchen sink, a stainless steel kitchen sink and a Silverline window.
