Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm.

A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday and at 10:30am on Sunday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

We are conducting an Estate Sale in a Chicago home that is filled to the brim and is truly a wonderful digger sale. Please bear with us a lot of the pricing will be done on the fly this weekend since it has taken us all week to make some sense of things. The house is filled with great mid-century modern furniture, toys, trains, tools, sporting goods, musical instruments, stereo equipment and so much more! This is a sale you don’t want to miss!

Directions for our estate sale in Chicago this weekend:

Take Lawndale Avenue south to Cornelia Avenue.

Turn right (west) on Cornelia Avenue to Hamlin Avenue.

Turn left (south) on Hamlin Avenue and the house is 3412 on the west side of the street.
