| To complete the sale of all personal property related to this estate, deceased, we are selling the remaining items beginning at 8am by tag sale. Followed at 10 am by auction. At auction, all items will be sold no matter what price, individually and in boxes or groups. Yard sale is mostly clothing and shoes. Better quatity items, many new with tags. Brands include: Dress Barn, TJ Maxx, Cato's, Belk's, London Fog coats, designer hand bags Coach, Guess, Polo, Versace. Most clothing is ladies l and XL. Ladies shoes 9-10. The auction is presented by Lumberton Auction and Estate Sales, Auctioneer Joe Barnes NCAL 9120. This is part of our regular once a month auction and will include other items not part of this estate. During the auction, a 10% buyers premium will be added to your high bid. |
