 Auctioneer’s Note:  This Auction had to be moved due to the location and tough parking situation This house is packed from floor to ceiling, so this is one of several Auctions, we will have here at Aces for this Estate. This Should be the last Auction for this Estate...Including the last of the Furniture & the rest of the Boxes which we moved without unpacking them, so there will be a lot more Pictures to be Posted as we Process & Unbox.  Please check back on my Website, Auction Zip or Goto Auctions & Let the Pictures do the Talking!  Wear Masks at your own discretion.  Will have 2 Auction Rings!    Snacks!

Terms:  CASH or CHECKS (with Proper ID’s, as described below), ONLY!  Checks will only be accepted at the discretion of Auction Staff, please note there will be a Minimum $50.00 Fee for all Bounced Checks.  In-State Checks accepted only w/Your Driver’s License & an Add’l ID (Credit Card, Another Picture ID, Etc). Out-of-State Checks only accepted with your Bank’s Letter of Guarantee & 2 ID’s same stipulations as listed above.   All items must be Paid in Full and removed day of sale. OHIO STATE SALES TAX will be CHARGED unless you Bring your VENDORS LICENSE.
