All items sold as is where is. We do our very best to examine all itmes carefully, disclose and picture any defect in an item.
When you bid, you bid. Bidding means you are agreeing to purchase the item for the amount you bid. Please do not ask the auction company to simply "remove your bid". Take care what you are bidding on. Placing the bid is the same thing as making a contract to buy at your bid amount plus the buyer's premium. Auction Company does NOT help with load out. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! Items must be paid for before removal. Guns transfer: Buyer is responsible for all gun transfer fees. Peoples Choice Pawn on Jordan St. in Mt. Vernon, IL. will handle transfers for a $40 fee. Instructions will be sent in your invoice. Any item left after pick up times published will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. In the event another time has been arranged and buyer fails to pick up at that time, item will be considered abandoned. In the event buyer says they will call to arrange another time and do not do so within 2 days, Item will be considered abandoned. Customers are, however, still responsible for full payment. Auction company reserves the right to bid on any item on behalf of the seller to the reserve. The system will not increase your bid to reserve even if you put in full reserve amount, so auction company may place bid close to the reserve amount Auctioneer has the right to decline a request to bid in the auction from any bidder if she has any reason to question the potential bidder's ability/willingness to pay or pick up. Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents. SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING ON THIS AUCTION Credit card, check or cash. Bring your own muscle. Auction company nor seller is allowed to help with load out of heavy items per insurance. There is a 15% buyer's premium added to high bid. This figure shows up when placing bid. We will only allow bidders from the United States and Canada. Auction comapny will charge HIBID card on file in the event payment is not made by close of pick up time. Vehicle title will be released if paid for by cash. If not, a bill of sale will be given to buyer and title mailed 10 days after auction. Buzz Around II Power chair, Antique icebox, old handmade quilts in excellent condition, Kenwood Stereo w/ surround sound, 1992 Ford F350 5 speed w/ 166,376 miles, Royal crest Sterling Silver flatware, Antique setee, other furniture, 3 pieces outdoor cast iron furniture, crocks and more. 1 Vintage icebox. Appears to be in excellent condition for its age. Beautiful piece. 3 Old grandmother's clock, no name. Appears to be in working condition. 4 Antique settee. Appears to be in varies good condition 48 inches wide. beautiful. 5 Vintage hutch. Appears to be in good condition. Notice picture of small gouge. Top just sits on the bottom piece. 6 Beautiful Tiffany style lamp but is not glass. Appears to be a heavy plastic to be in very good condition. Stands 27 inches tall. 7 American rug Area rug 93 inches, 63 inches appears to be in excellent condition 8 For heavy metal chairs. Howell brand. Several of the feet caps are off. these are very heavy and would make great outdoor patio chairs if recovered. Upholstery is indoor. 9 To very old picture frames. Oval has glass. Oval frame is 25 inches in length. 10 Old heavy round dining table with two leaves. Needs some repair see pictures. 11 Motion essentials, adjustable bed. Mattress shows some stain. Appears to be in very good working condition 12 Scooter. Buzz around XL. New battery, charger, and appears to work perfectly. We personally drove this. To check it out. 13 Koehler vintage chest of drawers. Appears to be in very good condition. Drawers all slide nicely. 17 Vintage heavy dresser with removable top measure 6 foot wide by 19 inches. Hutch has a light. 18 Full size, headboard, footboard, and side rails. Side rails are metal. 20 Pair of vintage end, tables and side table with built-in lamp 21 22 Vintage chest of drawers. Very sturdy, but does have a lot of scratches. Drawers all slide nicely. This is a heavy piece. 26 Royal crest, Sterling. Castle Rose pattern. Eight dinner forks, eight salad, forks, eight regular spoons, four large spoons and 10 knives with stainless blade. 27 Nice set of Rogers brothers silver plate flatware. Service for 12 except there are only 11 knives and 11 large spoons. 30 Ceiling light fixture. 16 inches in diameter. Not stained glass. A heavy plastic material 31 Reclining sofa. Franklin brand. 10 years old. Appears to be an excellent condition. 32 34 Crossley, AM/FM, radio, CD player, cassette player, and record player. Like new. 35 Vintage cast-iron trick dog bank. Missing a couple of parts. 36 Antique/vintage wooden boxes and Rigoletto cigar box. Cigar box is in excellent condition. Other boxes need hinge repair or do show wear 39 Two vintage chairs. The one with the skirt is a spring loaded rocker. Very unique! And unless you are a very lightweight person, the middle needs to be replaced. 40 Old NELCO sewing machine in cabinet. I could not get it to so. It turns on and tries to work but just doesn't. 49 Turquoise butterprint Pyrex Small loaf and casserole dish one and a half quart. 51 3 Pyrex pieces, including covered one and a half quart divided casserole dish of a greenish, yellowish color, yellow, mixing bowl and white divided casserole dish here to be in excellent condition no chips or cracks 52 Six pieces of glassware, including depression, glass, and carnival glass 53 Glassware, including Easter, egg plate, clear ashtray, and other pieces 54 Old pickle jar has some paint splashed on it, deviled egg plate, army serving bowl 55 1992 Ford 360 XLT 4x4, 166,376 miles 460 motor. 5 speed, Runs good. Shorter ones are 4 inches inches tall, and 3 inches in diameter, and no name. 92 Six snow babies figurines. The two music boxes do not work. most measure approximately 5 inches tall. 98 Three pieces Christmas department 56.
