We are back ! We’ve been dealing with a couple of glitches for the past couple months, but I believe we’re getting everything solved, yay !

 
This sale is  a very unique one, to put it mildly.It’s going to be March 8th-9th, 9:00a.m.- 2:00p.m., both days. The address is 105 Scarlet Oak, in Lake Jackson.  The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on FRIDAY morning. Around 8:45, we’ll begin calling the names on the list.
 
Scarlet Oak is a very short street, between Dogwood and Huckleberry, please park carefully. Don’t block driveways, the street, or the large bank of mailboxes, that are BESIDE THIS DRIVEWAY !!! Remember, Lake Jackson PD keeps their pencils sharpened, and are always ready to issue citations.
 
The house and garage areas are very full, please be kind to your fellow shoppers, and leave those cranky pants at home. 
 
We accept credit cards and cash.
 
NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!!!!
 
Please leave your oversized purses, back packs, and bags somewhere else.
 
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules, for your items. You need to make arrangements to have your large/bulky purchases moved.   
 
This is a nifty sale, The owner is from Japan, so there are a lot of items we’ve never had at any sales.
