This is a beautiful gated community. The code for the gate will be published when we publish the address (1:00 AM March 7^th). We will also have an attendant at the gate to let those who don’t have the code to open the gate. If neither of those work, we will post a sign to just call me at 352.206.0406 and either I will give the code out or my message will provide it.

We will try to have numbers being passed out at the gate around 7:00 AM. However, for safety concerns that may not be possible so the numbers will be available at the house.

As always cones will be placed on the side of the street opposite the sales house. Please do not any part of your tires on the grass.
